SIAS’s advocates specialise in supporting people with mental health difficulties and work in teams across the County of Shropshire and the Borough of Telford & Wrekin.
These outreach workers support adults in the community; which may entail working within the client’s home, outside in the local area, on the wards of the local hospital, or in community or day centres.
Outreach workers are, by definition, employed to reach out to the community in a direct way and much of their work will focus on their client’s specific needs.
SIAS offer their services and support to all adults with a mental health difficulty, who currently live in the County of Shropshire and the Borough of Telford & Wrekin.
